Now offering telehealth and phone sessions
In response to Minnesota State Governor Tim Walz’s declaration of a peacetime state of emergency amid the COVID-19 outbreak, Enliven Psychotherapy is now offering telehealth and phone psychotherapy sessions.

Additionally, our providers have expanded their hours to increase access during this fragile time. We are accepting new clients.
You can count on previously scheduled sessions to remain on the calendar. You will be able to choose a telehealth session or a phone session. You can also count on your provider reaching-out to you individually about how to access these new service deliveries.
We have maintained pristine cleaning at our offices since COVID-19 reached U.S. shores, including a professional deep-clean. We have no evidence that persons testing positive with COVID-19 have entered our offices.
Please allow Enliven providers to work on your behalf with insurance companies on any billing issues related to these new service deliveries. Private pay amounts will remain the same.
Social distancing is what the experts are recommending right now in order to flatten the curve. And, we know that social connection – and professional psychotherapy – can be essential for mental and physical health maintenance. We’re grateful we are able to offer this technology to you and yours during this time of isolation. Maybe it’ll be fun.
