Kate is a counselor at Enliven Psychotherapy. Kate brings a humanistic approach to counseling, believing that every person is growth-oriented and capable of change. Kate enjoys working with both adolescents and adults. Kate holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services and is working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). In addition to outpatient therapy, Kate has worked in community mental health, focused primarily on adolescents and their families. When not at Enliven, Kate enjoys snuggling her two cats, being outside, reading lots of books, and trying new restaurants.
