Maria is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker with Enliven Psychotherapy. She aims to not only understand the symptoms an individual is experiencing but also the systems that they are a part of. Maria encourages being mindful of the spectrum of emotions one may experience and supports building skills and strategies for both exploring and managing these feelings. She works with adults.
Maria has experience working in community mental health, schools, and clinic as a social worker and therapist.
When not at Enliven, Maria enjoys running, knitting/crochet, snuggling her cat Bella, and constructing charcuterie/cheese boards to share with friends and family.
